Born in Toronto, Ontario. Dylan graduated with honors in French Immersion from York Mills Collegiate in 2012. Before going on to study at Ryerson University, Ted Rogers School of Business Management, where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in entrepreneurship & a minor in business law) in 2017. For his final year, he completed an exchange program at Jönköping International Business School in Sweden and upon return achieved Ryerson’s Dean’s List.

Dylan initially joined Derek Nicholson Construction part-time as a junior bookkeeper in 2015. Upon graduation in 2017, he joined Derek Nicholson Construction full time as the office manager overseeing day-to-day activities around the office.
